It's not an apron string being cut
I swear it's actually a flesh wound
Inflicted with violence and prejudice
Bleeding and raw
But Is
I watch this little baby
Who shouldn't be in my bed
But is
Tuesday at 10 a.m.
The feeling that I've lost myself
That girl who felt
Powerful
Unstoppable
